Test Principle

Different from traditional indirect packaging detection methods, the GB-DK1 headspace gas analyzer adopts a professional destructive puncture detection method. The built-in vacuum pump stably extracts sample gas into the high-sensitivity sensor module, which outputs real-time current and voltage concentration signals of O₂ and optional CO₂.

The intelligent ARM system accurately calculates the gas component content according to the sensor signal data. Once the test reaches the preset end condition, the instrument automatically stops testing and records all detection data, realizing standardized, digital and repeatable packaging headspace gas quality detection.
